Checking in and having a daily conversation with yourself will provide an opportunity to see what is real or just perceived. Each day ask yourself these 3 questions, what is my dream/goal, what is my fear that is holding me back and finally how can I get to my happy/bliss state.
By daily checking in and expressing where you are on your journey you will never loose sight of where you want to go or what you want to be. It only takes 5 minutes, you don’t have to write a book, the comfort received is well worth the effort invested. Visually seeing it on a page continually reminds the sub conscious where you are heading, what is important in your life and also motivates you to seek your happiness.
You can also record what happened in your day, what is going on around you and by dating the journal where you were during that part of your journey. It is a great way to clear out any negative reoccurring thoughts and replace them with positive progress. You can make it complex or simple it is up to you.
