Personal message to you

G'Day from Australia, thanks for visiting. Well, what a year 2020 has been, if you have survived this far you are doing great. Next year will be my last in men's health and wellbeing so I thought we should go out on a high note.

Each week I will be posting a challenge in the Wellbeing Blog/Mates Connect Clubhouse, the idea is to upgrade your wellbeing over the year so that life becomes more fun and easier to navigate. This will be my 13th year in the community services area, over this time I have worked with thousands of men seeking a better wellbeing outcome, many of the ideas for the challenges have come from the lived experiences of these men.

There will be 4 stages for 2021, the first 3 months we will be working on setting a great foundation for your life, the next 3 months we will start to erect a strong framework, the following 3 months we will put the roof on the structure and finally we will complete the build in the last 3 months. There will be only small wellbeing changes however over time these will add up to major life gains for you. We will tackling physical, mind, social and food wellbeing together, once you have a balance across these four areas your life will be much more fun and you will feel more happy.

Please consider donating to the Well Man App Incorporated otherwise the free Well Man app will disappear at the end of June 2021.

So here is your personal invitation to join the Mates Connect Clubhouse and complete the 52 challenges. Come join the journey of a lifetime.
