Tapping to Relieve Emotional Stress

'Tapping' is a natural process for relieving stress and anxiety by gently tapping on various acupressure points on your body using your fingers. It is easy to use for self-help and can often lead to surprisingly rapid relaxation and lasting stress relief. Tapping is also used by many therapists worldwide due to its positive effects for relieving emotional stress. 


The most well-known version of tapping is Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Simple Energy Techniques (SET), is a user-friendly version of EFT developed by Australian's, psychologist Steve Wells and medical practitioner Dr David Lake.


I personally use tapping on a daily basis and have done since meeting Steve Wells in 2017, for me it just takes the edge off life and provides me with more solutions rather than problems.
